This is a serious Haut-Medoc, 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and Petit Verdot filling out the frame, and twelve months in French oak. It is Non-Mevushal and built to age, a wine to cellar for a few years before you open it.

Tasting notes

On the nose, blackcurrant, graphite, dried herb, and cedar pencil. The body is medium-to-full, with firm tannins, layered black fruit, and a savory mineral spine. It finishes long, dry, and grippy, with cedar and dark cherry.
