Chateau Fayat is the Pomerol estate owned by Clement Fayat, who is also proprietor of Chateau La Dominique in Saint-Emilion. This kosher run is a Right Bank Bordeaux led by Merlot, and it has the silky, plush profile that Pomerol is known for.
