Casa Noble Crystal is a triple-distilled blanco from the volcanic highlands of Jalisco, made from 100% CCOF-certified organic blue agave. Bottled fresh straight off the still, it captures agave at its most transparent.

Tasting notes

Crushed agave fiber, lime zest, white pepper, and a thread of wet stone. Silky and slightly oily, with cooked agave sweetness, citrus pith, and a peppery mid-palate lift. Clean and warming, fading on dried herbs and a faint salinity.

Pour neat in a chilled copita beside ceviche or grilled shrimp tacos, or build a top-shelf margarita with fresh lime and a pinch of sea salt.
