This is the wine you pour when you want to show what Israeli Bordeaux blends can actually do — depth, structure, and a European sense of proportion.
Tasting notes
Blackcurrant, dark plum, and violet on the nose, with cedar, graphite, and Mediterranean herb from the oak. Full-bodied and layered — dark cassis fruit up front, then fine cedar tannin, tobacco leaf, and a lifting minerality through the mid-palate. Long, polished finish with grippy tannin and lingering dark chocolate.
Food pairing
Made for standing rib on Yom Tov, slow-braised short rib, entrecôte, and aged hard cheeses. Give it 30 minutes in a decanter before Shabbos.
