Our sommelier says
Deep ruby. The nose is recognizable varietal Cabernet with serious intent - blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar, a wisp of mint and dark chocolate from time in French oak. The palate is full-bodied with ripe tannin and the structured fruit Upper Galilee altitude gives Cabernet. French oak adds spice and roundness without burying the varietal signature. Long, composed finish. This is the appellation-tier Israeli Cab that drinks well now and holds three-to-five years.
Tasting notes
Blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar, mint, dark chocolate. Full body, ripe tannin, structured fruit, oak-framed. Long, composed, gently savory.
