Branch Point is a grain-to-glass operation in Dayton, Oregon, using locally grown barley plus crystal and roasted malts. Open-top fermentation, slow yeast, double pot distillation — the same playbook as Redbreast or Method and Madness. No formal kosher certification has been confirmed; verify against your own standard before purchase.
Tasting notes
Dark caramel and cherry with a brush of molasses cake, vanilla bean, and a faint nuttiness from the roasted malt. Oily and full from the pot still character; spiced fig, baked apple, and Demerara sugar through the middle with a savory cereal undertow. Long, warming, faintly cocoa-bitter close with cinnamon, toasted oak, and a final dusting of espresso.
Food pairing
Neat at room temp, with a single large cube, or built into a classic Irish coffee after dessert.
