Blumantti Moscato Rose (750ml)

A pink, lightly fizzy Moscato from Puglia, with strawberry-petal sweetness at just 5.5% ABV. It is mevushal, for the Shabbos dessert table. Think of it as the pink Bartenura for anyone who wants something a touch drier.

Tasting Notes

It pours a pale salmon-pink with a light spritz. The nose shows ripe strawberry, rose petal, peach blossom and orange peel. On the palate it runs off-dry to sweet, with vibrant red-fruit sweetness and a soft mineral edge. The finish is light, cleanly sweet and pleasantly persistent.

Food Pairing

This is the pour for the dessert course, with sponge cake, apple strudel, sweet fruit salad, or panna cotta. It is also lovely at Kiddush with rugelach, for a sheva brachos toast, or at an afternoon simcha.
