Tasting notes
Fresh strawberry and pink grapefruit rise out of the can, over a light rose-petal note. It is softly frizzante, with strawberry and watermelon carrying the middle and a clean citrus lift holding the sweetness in check. It is bright and off-dry, and a berry echo lingers.
Pairing
Chill them hard and pop. They are perfect with kiddush spreads, mezze platters, brunch fruit, or in the beach cooler. They are also great with sponge cake or fruit tart.
