The Rothschild family's kosher Rose Champagne — a Chardonnay-led blend tinted with still Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, then aged on the lees for several years in the cellars of Champagne Barons de Rothschild. Mevushal, dry, and unmistakably pink.
