Baglietti Brut Rosé is the dry kosher Prosecco Rosé from Veneto. It comes in Baglietti's cut-glass bottle, finished with a soft pink crown. It is mevushal, 11% ABV, and certified by the Badatz Edah HaChareidis.
Mood: Pink, dry, festive.
Sommelier's Note
A dry sparkling rosé that looks better on the table than half the wines on it. It is cold and crisp, and made for a sheva brachos or a summer kiddush.
Tasting Notes
The aromatics are lifted, with wild strawberry, ripe cherry, and a flicker of citrus zest. Dry and finely beaded on the palate, it shows red berry, white peach, and a clean acid line. The finish is clean and crisp, with a soft strawberry echo.
Food Pairing
Serve it for kiddush, or with salmon tartare, salatim, or a fruit dessert. Pour at 8–10°C.
