Bacardi Gold is the family's classic amber rum, distilled in Cataño, Puerto Rico and mellowed in toasted American oak. It pours warm gold and lands at the familiar 40% ABV.

Sommelier's Note
The workhorse gold rum for the home bar. Star-K lists unflavored rum as acceptable without certification, so this bottle pours kosher without needing a symbol on the label.
Tasting Notes
Notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and ripe banana lead the nose. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet with caramel, tropical fruit, and a warming spice. The finish is short, clean, and gently warming with a touch of toasted oak.
Food Pairing
Mix into a Cuba Libre, Mai Tai, or pineapple punch — or pour neat over ice with a wedge of lime.
