Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks (750ml)

This whiskey is 95% rye, rested for up to eighteen months in authentic Caribbean rum casks until the pepper of the rye turns smooth and almost tropical. It is bottled at 100 proof, so the structure stays in place even while rum sweetness rounds every edge.

Tasting notes

Baking spice, vanilla and brown sugar, with a thread of tropical fruit running through. The spicy rye is softened by honey, molasses and rum-cask sweetness. The finish is gently sweet, warm and long.
