Tasting Notes
Deep plum, black cherry, sweet tobacco, hint of cocoa. Full-bodied and dry, with ripe black fruit, soft tannins, and a touch of mocha through the middle. Long and smooth with cocoa-dusted dark fruit.
Food Pairing
Brisket, grilled lamb chops, hard cheeses, and a Friday-night roast chicken.
