Tasting Notes
Ripe apple, pear, peach, quince, flint, matchstick, sweet spice. Full-bodied and elegant, layered apple and peach over a smoky mineral core, intense acidity holding it tight. Long, focused, ending on flint, slate, and ripe fruit.
Food Pairing
Roast chicken, sole meuniere, gefilte fish, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses.
When the table calls for white Burgundy and you don't want to compromise — this is the kosher answer.
Flint, orchard, French restraint.
