This rosé gets real backbone from the pairing of Grenache and Barbera. Serve it very cold at a summer Shabbos lunch.
Tasting notes
The nose brings red currant, wild strawberry and a hint of citrus. It is dry on the palate, with a light texture and clean acidity. The finish is short and bright.
Food pairing
Pour it with mezze, grilled salmon, dairy lunches, or a summer chicken salad. Lightly spiced Moroccan fish works with it too.
