For a generation, this was the bottle that defined kosher Cabernet. Yarden Cab draws on the finest Golan vineyards and spends eighteen months ageing in French oak. It is classic and structured, and built for the long Yom Tov haul.

Tasting notes

Cassis and blackberry with sweet cedar, tobacco, and a hint of mint. It is full-bodied, with layered black fruit, firm tannin, and prominent spice from French oak. The finish is structured and long, and the cassis and cedar hold through it.

Food pairing

Pour it with standing rib roast, lamb chops, or Shabbos brisket, and at Yom Tov tables that call for Israel's flagship Cab.

In Israel, 5782 was the shmitah (sabbatical) year, and the 2022 vintage was grown during it. If shmitah wine matters to you, please keep that in mind.
