Yarden's bottle-fermented sparkling rose from cool Golan Heights vineyards, a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend aged on the lees for years before disgorgement and finished bone-dry with a delicate salmon blush.
Mood: Festive, refined, celebratory.
Our sommelier says
Israel's flagship pink bubbly. The bottle that finds its way to every chuppah and simcha worth toasting.
Tasting notes
Aromas of red apple, wild strawberry and toasted brioche lift from the glass. The palate is fine-beaded and tight, with citrus zest, white peach and a chalky mineral grip. The finish is long, dry and gently saline.
Food pairing
Built for kiddush and lechaims, equally at home with smoked salmon, sushi, schnitzel, or any seudah where the cork is meant to pop.
