Made from Wyoming-grown non-GMO corn, wheat, and malted barley, then aged at least five years in the Big Horn Basin. A high-plains bourbon with surprising depth.

Tasting notes
Browned butter, cola, black currant, and dried dates. Cola and dark chocolate up front, buttered pastry and fig in the middle. Long, warming, with dried fruit and gentle oak.
