A semi-dry Cabernet is a rare bird. Tigress sits between the sweet Kiddush crowd and those who drink dry reds, so it pours for everyone.
Tasting notes
The nose shows ripe blackberry, red plum and a hint of violet. It is medium-bodied and softly sweet on the palate, with juicy dark fruit. The smooth finish has a lift of spice.
Food pairing
Pour it with roast chicken, cholent, meatballs, or a light brisket. It is also nice with hard cheeses or with a slice of babka.
