Tasting notes
Ripe blackberry, red plum and a hint of violet on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied and softly sweet with juicy dark fruit. Finish is smooth with a lift of spice.
Food pairing
Pours with roast chicken, cholent, meatballs, or a light brisket. Also nice with hard cheeses or a slice of babka.
