Misty Hills is the flagship of Tzora, a Cabernet-Syrah blend grown on the stony slopes of the Shoresh vineyard. Its name comes from the morning mists that climb the Judean Hills.

Our sommelier says
The color is deep ruby-purple. The nose is layered and complex, with black cherry, blackcurrant, dried herb, graphite, and a mineral lift that tells you this fruit grew on real stone. Structure comes from the Cabernet Sauvignon, which leads, while Syrah brings peppery depth and a rounded mid-palate. It is full-bodied and finely tannic, and it has the precision that has made Tzora the reference point for Judean Hills terroir wine. The French oak is fully absorbed, and the finish is long and layered. Drink it now with serious food, or hold it for a decade.
Tasting notes
Black cherry and blackcurrant with dried herb, graphite, and a mineral lift. Full in body, with fine tannin, a dense fruit core, and integrated oak. Long, layered and mineral, and age-worthy.
Food pairing
Serve at a Yom Tov seudah with standing rib roast, lamb shoulder, or slow-braised short ribs, or with aged hard cheese (after the wait).
