Born in Haifa, Tubi 60 is Israel's cult citrus-and-herb spirit, poured ice cold and treated like a category of one. It is bright, botanical, and weirdly addictive, and it is the bottle that always draws a "what IS that?" from someone at the table.

Tasting notes
A quiet bouquet of garden herbs and chamomile sits under bright lemon zest. The palate is citrus-forward, and mint and chamomile thread through a soft, controlled sweetness that makes it dangerously easy to drink. It ends clean and dry, with a long herbal echo.
Pairing
Pour it straight from the freezer, or serve it long with soda and a lemon wheel. After havdalah it makes the backbone of a summer sundowner cocktail.
