Gentle and crisp, Teperberg Vision Dry White is an Israeli white blend made for the Shabbos day table. With the Vision line, the Teperberg family offers a light, mevushal white that is good value for every day.
Mood: Crisp, kiddush-friendly, easy.
Sommelier's note
"For the everyday kiddush, a dry white from Israel with lemon, green apple, and a soft citrus lift. It is mevushal and good value, so the Shabboses of a whole month stay stocked."
Tasting notes
It is pale gold, and the aromas bring lemon, green apple, and a whisper of white flower. On the palate it is dry and light-bodied, showing citrus zest, apple, and a soft mineral spine. It finishes crisp, clean, and refreshing.
Food pairing
Serve it with gefilte fish, cold salmon, roast chicken, salad platters, or mild dairy dishes, or at Shabbos day kiddush. It drinks well poolside too, on a summer erev Shabbos.
