Deep ruby with an aromatic bouquet of ripe dark cherry, plum, dried black fig, and black licorice, layered with cedar, clove, cardamom, and graham cracker. Finely dispersed, slightly chalky tannins add texture, while a velvet-like mid-palate carries a beautifully balanced finish.
