Tabor's Special Edition is the Galilee winery's top Bordeaux-style blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grown high on the Tabor mountain range, aged in French oak. A serious bottle for the head of the Shabbos table.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby in the glass. Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cedar, and dark chocolate. The palate is full and structured with ripe black fruit, firm but polished tannins, and a long finish on tobacco and graphite.
Food pairing
Prime rib, slow-braised brisket, lamb shoulder, aged hard cheeses, sheva brachos meals. Decant if drinking young.
