Tabor Moscato Rose (750ml)

From Israel's Lower Galilee, Tabor Moscato Rose is a pink Muscat that is lightly sparkling and low in alcohol. It is Tabor's answer, in rosé form, to the Bartenura-blue-bottle category. It is sweet and fizzy, and made for sharing.

Mood: Fizzy, sweet, summery.

Tasting notes

The nose gives fresh strawberry, ripe peach, and orange blossom, plus a whisper of honey. On the palate it is sweet and lightly sparkling, with juicy red-berry fruit up front and honeyed sweetness through the middle, and clean acidity holds it together. The finish is medium, with a soft floral echo and lingering strawberry candy.

Food pairing

Chill it well and serve with fresh fruit, cheesecake, or Shabbos-morning cake, or pour it as a friendly aperitif ahead of Yom Tov lunch.
