Shirah is the boutique kosher project of the Weiss brothers, sourcing serious California fruit and crafting it in a small-lot, hands-on style. One Two Punch is their bold Zinfandel-and-Petite-Sirah blend, built for weight and unapologetic ripeness.

Tasting notes

Blackberry jam, blueberry compote, black pepper, and a lick of smoke. Rich and mouth-coating with brambly dark fruit, dense tannin, and a warming alcohol swell. Long, spicy, and unapologetically ripe with a slow tannic fade.
