Shirah is the boutique kosher project of the Weiss brothers, sourcing serious California fruit and crafting it in a small-lot, hands-on style. One Two Punch is their bold 50/50 Grenache-and-Syrah blend, built for weight and unapologetic ripeness.

Tasting notes

Raspberry and ripe plum, cracked black pepper, and a lick of smoke. Rich and mouth-coating with red and dark fruit, firm tannin, and a warming alcohol swell. Long, spicy, and unapologetically ripe with a slow tannic fade.
