Tasting notes
Pale grapefruit-pink in the glass. Aromas of red berry, citrus zest, and white flowers. The palate is crisp and dry with strawberry, pink grapefruit, and a clean mineral finish.
Food pairing
Mezze, grilled fish, chicken salads, dairy lunches, summer Shabbos spreads. Serve well chilled.
