A crystal-clean blanco that lets the agave lead. Reaches its peak in a squeezed-fresh Margarita or a chilled shot.
Tasting notes
Cool agave, cucumber and citrus zest on the nose. Palate is peppery and green with a splash of tropical fruit. Finish is quick and clean with a faint mineral bite.
Food pairing
The backbone of a proper Margarita or Paloma. Sipped chilled with fresh lime and a wedge of salt-rimmed grapefruit.
