Lunazul Reposado Tequila (750ml)

Lunazul Reposado comes from Tierra de Agaves and is 100% agave tequila. The agave is harvested at seven to nine years and cooked slow, and the spirit then rests in American oak, which softens the edge without hiding the agave.

Mood: Rounded, warm, easygoing.

Tasting notes

Cooked agave leads, joined by vanilla, light oak and a touch of butterscotch. It enters smooth, with agave sweetness carried by soft oak and hints of caramel and pepper through the middle. Oak lingers underneath a medium finish that is warm and slightly spicy.

Food pairing

Good neat, on the rocks, or as the base of a smoky margarita. Serve it with grilled meats, chorizo, and anything off the smoker.
