Tasting Notes
Dried orchard fruit, apricot, and ripe peach lift from the glass immediately, with a whisper of sugar behind them. On the palate it is sweet and soft, with honeyed apricot, natural peach, and a touch of citrus, and then a short finish leaves the mouth lightly fruity and fresh.
Serving & Pairing
It pours generously into any brunch cocktail, such as a Fuzzy Navel with OJ, a Sex on the Beach with vodka and cranberry, or a Woo Woo shot with vodka and cranberry. It lifts a glass of prosecco too, or goes onto vanilla ice cream as a peach sundae.
