Lavie Honey Liqueur (750ml)

Lavie Honey Liqueur is a controlled-fermented Israeli liqueur made from pure citrus-flower honey — closer in spirit to a proper mead than a modern honey syrup. It reads sweet up front, floral through the middle, and cleanly warming on the finish.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of orange-blossom honey, beeswax, and dried citrus lift from the glass, with a whisper of chamomile and warm spice behind them.
