Tasting Notes
Fresh espresso, roasted coffee bean, and dairy cream rise from the glass, with vanilla and cocoa behind them. On the palate it is silky and rich, with cold-brew coffee, cream, and a whisper of dark chocolate. The soft finish fades with roasted coffee and light sweetness.
Serving & Pairing
Pour it chilled, over one large cube, or as the coffee half of a proper White Russian. Over vanilla or coffee ice cream it makes an instant affogato, and it is also the shortcut to a kosher espresso martini.
