Tasting Notes
The nose is deep cooked agave, with citrus zest, brine, and green pepper. On the palate it is expressive and intense, showing mineral herbs, sweet baked agave, and warm spice. The finish is clean and long, and warm alcohol carries layers of green agave.
Food Pairing
Have it neat in a small snifter, or over a large rock with a twist of orange. It is excellent too as the high-proof base of a Ranch Water or a strong Margarita, where you want the agave to speak louder than the mixer.
