Nature Screaming from Joseph Zakon is a natural red from the Finger Lakes. It is made from Noiret and Lemberger grapes, fermented on native yeasts with no added sulfites. Chill it and pour it as you would a light red.

Tasting notes
The nose has fresh red fruit, wet stone and a whisper of earth. It is light-bodied on the palate, low-acid and unusually soft. The finish is clean and quick, with no sulfite bite.
Food pairing
Serve it chilled with roast chicken, brisket, hard cheeses, or a mezze board. It is also lovely with grilled vegetables or at a summer dairy lunch.
