The King's Cellar Rosé from Jerusalem Wineries — the only operating winery inside Israel's capital. A semi-dry Merlot-Shiraz rosé from the Judean Plains: light pink, fruity, mevushal, certified l'mehadrin for Passover and the rest of the year.

This is the rose for July Shabbos lunch when the table needs something cold and friendly. Semi-dry, mevushal, won't get in anyone's way — it just keeps glasses full while the salads and grilled fish do the work.
Tasting notes
Strawberry, raspberry, citrus blossom with a lifted floral lift. Medium-bodied, semi-dry, with red berry fruit, soft acidity, and just a touch of perceived sweetness. Clean, bright, just barely sweet on the close.

Salad course, grilled salmon, summer fruit, grilled vegetables, herb-dressed couscous, brunch spreads.
