Jameson Irish Whiskey (750ml)
- In stock
Dublin's iconic green bottle holds triple-distilled Irish whiskey that is smooth, accessible, and unmistakably Jameson. Jameson has poured from the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork ever since John Jameson founded his Bow Street operation in Dublin in 1780. Its signature triple distillation yields an exceptionally smooth blended whiskey, made of single pot still and fine grain spirit and matured in seasoned oak for a minimum of four years.
Mood: Smooth, easy, iconic.
Tasting Notes
The fragrance is light and floral, with notes of spicy oak, toasted wood, and a faint sherry sweetness. On the palate it is balanced and smooth, showing vanilla, nutty hazelnut, mild spice, and the signature silkiness of triple distillation. It finishes clean and gently warming, with a touch of butterscotch.
Serving Suggestions
The house pour is the Jameson & Ginger highball: two parts ginger ale, one part Jameson, and a lime wedge. It is equally at home neat after dinner, or in an Irish coffee made with strong espresso and lightly sweetened cream.
