Tasting notes
Dark cherries, blueberries, and a mouthful of spice and vanilla on the nose. Concentrated and chewy with layered dark fruit, spice, and developed tannins through the mid-palate. Long and lingering with a hint of dark chocolate.

Made for grilled ribeye, brisket, or a Shabbos roast with rosemary potatoes.
