Herzog's most adventurous bottling — a co-fermented field blend of twelve different grape varieties planted side-by-side in a secluded Clarksburg vineyard. Every sip is a different story.

Mood: Curious, layered, kaleidoscopic.

Tasting notes

Candied cherry, rose petal, Asian pear, and blackberry tumble out of the glass. A kaleidoscope of red and black raspberries, espresso, and dusty nutmeg through the mid-palate. Long and textured with hints of leather, anise, and toasted pine nut.

Pairing

Brave enough for shawarma, brisket, or a spice-rubbed lamb shoulder.
