Lyrica is the premium tier at Hayotzer, a series of single-varietal, oak-aged wines made for the table. In the Syrah you get dark fruit and pepper inside a sweet oak frame.

Mood: Pepper, plum, polished.

Tasting notes

Black plum, white pepper, vanilla and sweet smoke come first. The body is full, with firm tannins, layers of dark fruit and generous oak in the mid-palate. It ends long and warming on spice and dark cherry.

Food pairing

Serve with grilled lamb, brisket, kosher steakhouse cuts, or hard cheeses.
