Medium ruby with a bright rim. Grenache leads on the nose - red cherry, raspberry, white pepper - with Syrah's darker fruit and Mourvedre's savory game underneath. The palate is medium-bodied, fruit-driven, with a peppery lift that's classic GSM and tannin that's resolved enough to drink tonight. Finishes savory and clean. The Judean Hills altitude keeps the alcohol in check.
