Israel's family-owned boutique benchmark — Upper Galilee fruit, fourteen months in French oak, then ten more in the cellar. Flam went kosher in 2010 and never looked back; the Reserve Cab is the calling card.

Tasting notes

Blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, espresso bean. Full-bodied with concentrated black fruit, firm but ripe tannins, and a layered oak frame. Long and structured with cocoa, cedar, and a savory edge.
