In the Judean Hills, the Flam brothers run a boutique family winery that draws fruit from Israel's cool high-elevation sites. Their flagship white is Blanc, a blend led by Sauvignon Blanc and rounded with unoaked Chardonnay.

Tasting notes

Grapefruit, white peach and lemon blossom lead. Citrus and stone fruit are vibrant, the mid-palate is creamy, and there is a quiet mineral lift. It ends clean and refreshing, with a crisp snap of citrus.
