Five Stones Nobility White (750ml)

Five Stones is a boutique kosher producer that farms old-vine Chenin on granitic soils, and this is its small-batch white from Stellenbosch. It is bright and mineral, a wine made for fish.

Mood: Salt, citrus, sea breeze.

Tasting notes

Lemon zest, white peach and crushed stone lead. The body is medium, with bright acidity, green apple, and a saline mineral spine. It finishes clean and dry, and citrus pith lingers.

Food pairing

Try it with gefilte fish, herbed schnitzel, salmon, or a pareve Shabbos lunch.
