Tasting notes
Delicate florals, exotic citrus, and a zesty stone fruit note rise on the nose over a soft mineral edge. It is dry and vibrant on the palate, with orchard fruit, tart apple, and a lively citrus lift on refreshing acidity. The finish is long, saline, and mineral-driven, and a lingering fruit note keeps the last sip inviting.
Food pairing
It is a natural pour with grilled fish, sushi, herb salads, dairy Shabbos lunches, and Mediterranean seafood. Soft cheeses and light pastas suit it too.
