A 100% Pinot Noir rose champagne from Drappier, made by the saignee method — short skin contact, deep salmon color, more fruit than the Brut Nature. Kosher cuvee under OU.

Mood: Salmon pink, red berry, celebration.

Tasting notes

Red cherry, wild strawberry, brioche, rose petal. Medium-bodied with fine persistent bubbles, layered red fruit, citrus lift, and a touch of pastry. Long and dry; finishes on red berry and chalk.
