Drappier Brut Rose Champagne (750ml)

Drappier makes this rose champagne from 100% Pinot Noir by the saignee method. Skin contact is short, the color is deep salmon, and it has more fruit than the Brut Nature. This is the kosher cuvee, under OU.

Mood: Salmon pink, red berry, celebration.

Tasting notes

Wild strawberry, red cherry, rose petal and brioche. The body is medium and the bubbles fine and persistent, with layered red fruit, a touch of pastry and citrus lift. Dry and long, ending on chalk and red berry.
