Decant 15 minutes and serve slightly less than cellar-cold. A Chardonnay that earns its place at the Shabbos table or a steakhouse seat.
Tasting notes
Aromas of yellow apple, citrus zest and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied with stone fruit, vanilla and a creamy mid-palate. A long, mineral-driven finish with French-oak signature.
