Distillery No. 209 Vodka (750ml)

This sugar cane vodka is distilled in San Francisco at the pier-side No. 209 distillery. It is chametz-free and OU-P certified, a premium Kosher-for-Passover vodka with none of the taste of a workaround.

Tasting notes

A hint of vanilla, faint citrus and light sweet grain. The cane base makes it smooth and slightly sweet, the mid-palate is clean and rounded, and there are no harsh edges. Warming, clean and short, with a neutral finish.

Food pairing

Serve it neat and cold with herring at the Pesach Kiddush, or make it the spine of a clean martini.
