Chinook Signature Rye Whisky (1L)

A master blender ages Chinook Signature in bourbon barrels after it is distilled in Southern Alberta from Western Canadian prairie grain. It is bottled at 89.8 proof and comes across richer and fruitier than the typical Canadian highball whisky.

Tasting notes

Clean oak and rye spice come with fresh grain, orange peel and citrus. Cotton-candy sweetness sits on top of the rye spice, joined by exotic notes of mango and grilled pineapple. It is medium, warming and gently sweet.

Pairing

Use it in a Canadian highball, sip it on ice, or make it the workhorse rye in a Whisky Sour.
