Tasting notes
The nose gives pear and green apple with a lift of citrus. It is soft and rounded on the palate, and the acidity is moderate. A hint of stone fruit shows on the clean finish.
Food pairing
It is beautiful with baked salmon, dairy Shabbos lunches, salads, and Mediterranean fish, and it is easy with chicken schnitzel too.
