Green apple, lemon zest, and white pear with a faint chalky note from the cooler Galilee nights. Medium-bodied and crisp, with stone fruit, a touch of honey, and a clean, mineral backbone. Bright and refreshing, with lingering citrus and a clean, dry exit.
